This is an 'email only' service.
After filling in the application form below, which will check your ability to 'be coached' I will prepare a basic plan of action designed just for you with some top tips on how to get your life on target to achieve your desired goals.
How do I get started?
Firstly you need to fill in the application form below, with as much information as you feel relevant for each question. Your answer's will determine whether you are likely to be successful with this style of coaching.
After I have reviewed your application I will contact you within 24 hours with an overview and a proposal for the next steps.
What levels of service are available?
There are different levels to the service I provide.
Level 1:
A set of 10 Affirmations prepared especially for your personal situation and a 15 page ebook packed with lots of hints and tips on how to improve your self esteem & confidence (not personalized) and how to 'Think yourself happy'.
Level 2:
A set of 10 Affirmations prepared especially for your personal situation and a 15 page ebook packed with lots of hints and tips on how to improve your self esteem & confidence (not personalized) and how to 'Think yourself happy'.
An EFT session video prepared especially for you, which you can play over and over and 'tap' along to whenever you like. You will see my face on your computer screen and it will be similar to a one to one session, you just need to repeat the words after me and follow my tapping pattern.click here to see an example. Sometimes my husband will also send you an EFT session to follow, we all have our own styles! He is wonderfully sincere so you will be in for a treat if you get one of those!
Level 3:
All of the above, plus I will personally prepare a 'Plan of Attack' for your specific situation it will be full of ideas, hints & tips to get your life back on track, it is up to you to apply these to your life, you will be amazed at how beneficial the results are!
You will receive daily emails from me offering motivational advice for as long as you want, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Level 4:
All of the above PLUS email back up service for 1 month**. This means that you can ask me questions connected to your situation. It is a very personalized service and it means that you can ask my advice and get a personal reply within a few hours, sometimes immediately. At my discretion I may invite you to chat through Skype or MSN, I will only offer this service if I think it it necessary.
After the initial month, you can opt to continue this service for a further 2 months**
** Limited to 3 emails per week, several questions can be asked/discussed
